J. Anthony Jauregui, LMFT & Owner (Spanish speaking / he/him)
People seek therapy for different reasons. Some people seek services in order to deal with relationship building, parenting, the death of a loved one or a past/re-occurring trauma. All reasons are valid and should be dealt with by meeting the client where he/she/they are at emotionally. Anthony tries to set forth an empathic and calming environment in order to allow the client to look inward to bring insight, motivation, accountability and self-esteem towards an improved emotional health. At the same time, he tries to incorporate cultural factors as he has opened his experience as a clinician to understand different cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientation and gender.
As a follower of systemic and other theories, Anthony enjoys looking at all systems in one’s life, analyzing and identifying patterns in order to bring insight and awareness of one’s actions, thoughts and emotional reactivity.
